Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the development of complex mobile applications using React Native, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Your expertise will be instrumental in making critical technical decisions, optimizing app performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust, scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Lead the design and implementation of complex features and functionalities
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, smooth user interfaces
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React Native development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native framework
• In-depth understanding of iOS and Android platforms and their specific requirements
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
